Donate stock and securities
Donating stock, securities, and mutual fund shares is an effective way to help ProKids. Your broker can transfer the stock as a one-time gift or as a pledge payment directly to our account to avoid capital gains taxation.

Donate through a donor-advised fund
If you have an established donor-advised fund, it’s simple to make a gift to ProKids. Just request that your fund manager mail the check directly to ProKids: 222 West 7th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Our tax identification number is 31-1020021
Give directly through your Individual Retirement Account
An easy gift strategy is to transfer funds directly from an IRA to ProKids. The distribution must go directly from the IRA administrator to ProKids to take advantage of any tax benefits and is limited to donors who are age 70½ or older.
Future gift through your estate
Whether you give through a bequest, trust, annuity, or another gift option, planning your gift enables you to create a lasting legacy at ProKids.
Other ways to give
- Link your Kroger Plus card to the Kroger Community Rewards program to direct a percentage of your qualifying purchases to ProKids.
- Ask your business to sponsor the Friends of Children Breakfast – ProKids’ fundraising event that brings together a diverse group of civic and philanthropic leaders each May.
- Donate to the Holiday Shop and ensure every child has a happy holiday season.
- Participate in your employer’s matching gift program.
